Where will my session be?
We’ll decide that together. I offer a pre-session consultation with all senior portrait sessions. You will come to my studio and we’ll talk about what you want, who you are and what you’d LOVE to include in your session. Once we meet I will create a custom session play specifically tailored to YOU! I have a fully outfitted indoor photography studio with all the lights, backdrops and equipment you could dream up…and I also adore going on location to places that are special to you.
What will it cost?
This depends a lot on what you want. Clients typically spend between $900-1800. Like any average, some clients will spend more, some less. I work with each high school senior and their family to meet your specific needs. There are no minimum order requirements. You only purchase what you want.
What if it rains?
I will watch the weather closely as your Session approaches. If it looks like rain, we’ll reschedule to a day/time as soon as possible.
Can I bring my parents or a friend?
Of course! I encourage you to bring someone that will help you relax and have fun. In fact, if you’re under 18, I insist that you bring someone. You may want to warn your guest because I often enlist parents/friends/siblings in holding reflectors.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes. All ordered images are fully retouched. This means that I clean up complexions, remove scratches/bruises (darn sports, lol) and just generally make your images look fantastic.
How long will the Session last?
We’ll decide that together during your pre-session consultation. I offer one, two and three hour sessions.
How long before I can see my images?
Within a few days of your session, I will put a sneak peek image on Facebook and Instagram Two to three weeks after our Senior Session, I will invite you back to the studio to review your images, select your favorites and start working on an order.
Do you offer digital images?
Of course. It is my goal that you have some beautiful, long-lasting keepsakes from your session. Digital files don’t last forever, the media they’re on quits working. We loose them. So, my priority is products that will last. Having said that, I realize that we are living in a very digital age. I include matching watermarked low-resolution images for social media sharing with any images order. I also include complimentary matching high-resolution non-watermarked images any print or art purchased at the 16×20 size or larger and also with any Legacy Album. If you still want more, I do have digital image collections available for purchase.
