How can I say it any other way? Some things are just meant to be.
Kayla and Sean are two of the sweetest people you could ever hope to meet. Soft-spoken and kind, and a ton of fun! Kayla simply glowed all day long and Sean could hardly speak when he first saw his new bride. It’s the kind of thing that makes your heart warm. . . and mine was warm all day long. Apparently mother nature’s heart was warm as well, because she gave us a cooker during formal photos. It had rained all of the previous day and a good part of the morning, so when the rain stopped and the sun came out, it got very humid. I was very grateful for this heat and humidity though because it mean that we could get outside and take some really wonderful photos.
Fate smile on Sean and Kayla again and gave them a wonderfully cool breeze right as their ceremony was set to start. With a ton of family & friends looking on Sean and Kayla said their vows, exchanged their rings and tied their hands (and hearts) more firmly to one another.
As the reception got underway there were happy guest everywhere enjoying the wonderfully tart lemonade from the couples lemonade stand. Guests were also able to nibble on a ton of tasty candies at the candy table. The kids young and old stayed close to this table all night long.
Finally the dance began and the couple was able to really let their hair down and let go of the planning.
I think one of my favorite shots of the day might be one of the last I took in the evening, Sean & Kayla are at their head table and I think the love in their eyes shows it all.
Thank you Sean & Kayla for having me be a part of your day. I can’t wait to share the rest of the pictures of the day with you. Congratulations on a beautiful start to what I’m sure will be a beautiful and love-filled marriage!
